What do you listen to for inspiration and interest?Lately I’ve really been enjoying Kind World. The premise is to trace the lasting effect one simple act of kindness has had on someone’s life… the short episodes are the perfect pick-me-up for optimism and faith in humanity in these trying times!
What’s your recommendation for light relief and laughs?I love Natalie Haynes Stands Up for the Classics. Natalie takes ancient history and mythology, reveals the human interest and adds her endearing stand-up style. It’s unexpectedly feel-good and is always half an hour well spent.
What do you tune into to relax and bliss out?Ooh, Adam Hocke’s Yoga, for sure. Adam delivers gorgeous audio classes with a different focus each time for a range of abilities. I slip into my Live Fast, bamboo yoga pants, grab my mat and take some time to just move and breathe through these stressful times. It’s like having an instructor with you on demand! I Love it.

What’s your recommendation for light relief and laughs? It’s got to be Thirst Aid Kit! Bim and Nichole cackle their way through chats about desire from the female gaze. It’s hilarious and naughty, but be warned! Some of it is definitely NSFW! They’ve wrapped now, but the back catalogue is worth a listen.
What do you tune into to relax and bliss out?The Sleep and Relax ASMR podcast is great for plugging into a soundscape that isn’t household-with-young-kids! When everyone’s in bed and I need to escape into another world, there are thunderstorms, old cars driving through the countryside and endless other options to choose from!

What do you listen to for inspiration and interest?I’ve recently discovered Heavyweight. Jonathon Goldstein revisits a moment in the life of his guest for the episode in the search for resolution or redemption – it’s basically the happy ending we all need right now!
What’s your recommendation for light relief and laughs? There are usually some good giggles in The High Low podcast. It’s current events but with a light-hearted approach. Much better than the news!
What do you tune into to relax and bliss out?I love good old Desert Island Discs. Lauren Laverne’s style is so soothing and the chosen tracks and their stories are often very moving.

What do you tune into to relax and bliss out?For a different take on meditation, I love Adam Martin’s GABA - a combination of soundscapes, soothing spoken word poetry, and guided meditation. It’s sometimes a bit strange but always totally absorbing – a perfect way to escape the world from the comfort of your own home!
