One of the most common questions we get asked is what is the difference between our yoga pants and yoga leggings. Our founder Alice Asquith has designed each piece to work individually for different needs and practices and to fit with your personal style. Here we breakdown the differences to help you decide if you are a leggings or a pants person or both!
Leggings
Our yoga leggings have a more figure hugging fit. They feature a tiny bit of elastin to provide excellent stretch capabilities and are made from our blend of super soft organic cotton, bamboo and our trademarked Bambor® fabric. They hold their shape supremely well and they are unbelievably comfortable. We design our bamboo yoga leggings with a wide waistband and with a higher waist so that they hold you in and feel supportive all day long.
They are perfect for yoga and Pilates but you can wear them for any exercise, we like to wear them to the gym, for HIT classes and when we go for a run. Because they are figure flattering they are also great for Pilates as your teacher is able to see your whole form and can ensure you are doing the exercise correctly.
